A sweet, heirloom tomatillo variety that has a deep purple skin and green interior. Ready to harvest when their paper husks split. Perfect for salsa, grilling or fresh eating.

Growing Information

Start indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost. Sow in blocks or flats and then pot up to a 4"pot (or larger) once they have 2 true leaves. Transplant once weather is warm and there is no chance of frost. They can benefit from row cover or a hoop house for extra heat when first transplanted.
