Bean, Kew Blue

Pole bean variety with deep purple, flat pods. Good flavour raw and germinates well in spring. This variety is originally from the Kew Royal Botanic Gardens in England.

Growing Information

Direct sow 1-2 inches deep once soil has warmed and all danger of frost has passed (start of June). Space plants 3in apart, in rows 18-36in apart.
