Beautiful, tall sunflowers (7-11ft) with sunny yellow petals and purple- black seeds. A Hopi heirloom variety, where the seeds can be used as a natural dye.

Growing Information

Direct sow 3-4 seeds in a group 1/2" deep once all danger of frost has passed, thin to one plant per group once true leaves have developed. Space 8-12" apart. Can also be transplanted but prefer minimal root disturbance.
