Coreopsis, Tall Plains

  • Sunny yellow and deep maroon petals really make this flower stand out in the garden. The plentiful blooms can be used as a natural dye. Coreopsis is easy to care for, drought tolerant, abundant and is a self seeding annual. Grows up to 3 feet tall.  Pollinators love the flowers and birds like to eat the seeds and use the plants for cover. 

     65 days to maturity, approx. 200 seeds per 0.2g


    Growing Information

    Sow seeds 1/4" deep in soil blocks 4-6 weeks before last frost. Transplant once danger of frost has passed. Space plants 12" apart.
