Sweet, 3 inch round red beets with tall, tender greens. This variety was bred through a farmer and breeder collaboration with the Organic Seed Alliance to be Rhizoctonia-resistant.

45 days for greens, 60 days to maturity for beets, approx. 260 seeds per 5g

 

Growing Information

Direct sow beets 1/2" deep May- July (optimal soil temperature for germination is 55-75°F). Thin plants to 3-4" spacing, with 8-10" between rows.
